Hi. I am Lydia, happy owner of Eerie Silence. Here's a little about me.

I absolutely love God, life, music, food and the camera, but really the people that are involved in my life. This is my personal photo journal in which I want you to feel. With entries that are heart felt. The ones that draw more than just my memory back at a moment. My goal is to create an environment where this is possible.

For me there is something fulfilling about taking photographs and falling completely in love with it and the memories it creates. With that being said, photography is crazy important to me, and if for you too, then we're totally going to be a great fit!

Badass Chick

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas night! I know I did! I have been dying to post these photos since Christmas is long gone now. Better late than never, right? My days are still very busy but I am here to talk a little bit about my Christmas Day at random! I had such a wonderful week. Not just a day but the whole week. My boyfriend gifted me two charms for my Pandora bracelet. I want it to represent our relationship. I didn't take photos, yet, but the two charms are a camera and a diary. The camera obviously represents what I love doing and to hoping we take many many photos, which we have been. The diary charm, he expressed he knows I love to write a lot and he enjoys my writing and that's why I have the little diary charm. Those charms were marked to be discontinued and I am glad I have them. We went out to a Christmas party and I always enjoy the environment in which we are. Everyone's happy, there aren't any fights and just in all, no negativity. I laugh my nights out all the time now and my cheeks are constantly hurting. I received surprise presents, because I wasn't expecting them. I didn't take my camera with me because it was dying but I would've loved to have shared some photos of the Christmas get-together. I ma not a big fan of these because if you know me, yes, I am very picky but also I love natural light and there is zero present in these photos.

Once home, I took the photos you see here and I also took photos with my sister, and her kitty. We used to take photos a lot back then but now we don't as much. I have a little photoshoot planned for us in the near future just because so keep checking this website back! Check back no matter what! I wanted to take photos with my boyfriend but we never got the chance on Christmas night. We did take photos on the 26 which was a wonderful and special day for us from beginning to end. I will be sharing those sooner than soon and also I will be able to introduce him to you guys! By the way, the subtitle "Badass Chick" was inspired by him because he calls me 'badass' a lot. It depends on my look. I think my outfit that night led to even my sister call me baddass by coincidence so we both laughed. And this might sound cheesy to you but I am wearing his earrings.

I am rushing through this post since I am about to head out with him. I don't feel like me. I am not putting much thought into my words... Anyway, I am so thankful for everyone in my life right this moment. I love everyone and I honestly couldn't ask for a better group of people to see everyday.

It hit me, I got everyone I need.
