Hi. I am Lydia, happy owner of Eerie Silence. Here's a little about me.

I absolutely love God, life, music, food and the camera, but really the people that are involved in my life. This is my personal photo journal in which I want you to feel. With entries that are heart felt. The ones that draw more than just my memory back at a moment. My goal is to create an environment where this is possible.

For me there is something fulfilling about taking photographs and falling completely in love with it and the memories it creates. With that being said, photography is crazy important to me, and if for you too, then we're totally going to be a great fit!

Girl, Tonight You Look So Pretty
The Moon Can't Shine as Bright as You

With this dress I feel just like a doll. A princess. I probably look younger than my age. Way younger. The hair bow just adds that last touch of innocence. I added a waist belt because I thought the dress looked a bit plain. I color matched the belt with the cutest wedge boots with laces and cross body Satchel. It can't be admired in these photos but I had bright pink blush and pink eye makeup. Finally, I was able to find a hair bow I liked and just in time for this beautiful white dress. I dreamed of this simple, cute and girly hairstyle forever. I think my hair looks like mermaid curls and I wasn't going for that look but it's so lovely. I went out to an event with my date and everyone kept telling me I looked just like a doll and my nickname suits me so well. My date looked extremely handsome too. Everyone just kept on complementing us over and over again. We complemented each other too, of course!

It was such a perfect and beautiful night. I felt it everywhere, in the air all around me. I experienced many emotions and one in particular happened unexpectedly and I did nothing about it because I want to make sure it isn't just because of the moment. I guess that's when I love my life the most, when I am so happy and don't let emotions control me and make a crazy decision and wait to know what I am feeling is growing and it's real. I've learned that one can't make decisions when angry neither when happy. I guess that's why I did nothing about it. I want to make sure it's all real not just excitement.

I've taken part with many things recently. This has been an extremely busy week. I am glad I am free today to blog before I gave up and didn't published these photos. This week will be as busy and with Christmas being about two weeks away from now I will be even busier. Which reminds me we have such a beautiful tree in my house and I've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to take photos near it to add some of the Christmas Spirit to this website.

Just because; these aren't my best photos of myself but I had such a hectic long day and I didn't find the time to take proper photos. There's a mix of day time photos and nighttime. If you know me well you know I am a lover of natural light so forgive me for my bad shots. Especially the very last one in this post of my dress. Check back for upcoming posts!! xx
